I just got into Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler recently, and I've been searching for clips on YouTube. And every time I find a clip of Sebastian having sex with the nun, there are at least fifty fangirls in the comments calling for the girl's blood. "What a whore!" This. I've seen youtube commenters fight over videos of weather.

That said, getting furious at the female characters for getting involved with the men doesn't happen only on Youtube, sadly.

But now I kind of want to watch Black Butler, because I know who Sebastian is and this sounds kind of, um, hot.

(Granted, I've seen a few male characters get bashed by creepy fanboys for making a female character "impure", but that's less common.)

Whether it is or not, bashing a woman while letting a man go off the hook is all kinds of eeeeeeew.

Considering the ones who are complaining are (usually) female. It's probably because it wasn't them/their surrogate character/an Uke who was in the woman's position. And before you raise eyebrows about me suggesting them wanting to be raped, you underestimate how crazy/illogical fangirls can get (These are the same people who'd puncture holes into their necks while RPatts made promotional appearances so that they would be "fresh for Edward").

This could go both ways: Guys rip on the guy for banging on the hot chick, while girls rip on the girl for being banged by the hot guy. Often for the same reason.
