Ah, an Umineko posting...sadly, Die For Our Ship is not exclusive to this fandom, either. It's a vocal minority in some areas, nowhere near as bad as in the Harry Potter fandom or the Avatar fandom, but it's still bad as it is when it does show up.

Hey! While it's good to see a Shannon defense, could you please use an lj-cut for us that haven't still go as far as you in the games?

It's okay! Everyone has been a noob in their lives, and posts like this will always involve lj-cuts; if not for the spoilers, it'll likely be for the lenght. When in dubt, better use them.

And yeah, I fail to see how Shannon is a horrid and terrible bitch. Unbalanced, yeah, but WHO is balanced and sane in this universe? And considering what she's been through, who can really blame her?

People, it's an 07th Expansion work. Shannon would be out of place if she didn't have any problems.

I'm still a bit confused about the whole Pony Theory and such myself, but I wouldn't let shipping make me hate a character. :\
