This place is called Adstringendum. You were here before, but... you might not remember. Probably won't. It's a different dimension that takes people and other things in from a bunch of other dimensions and times. Rory, River, the Doctor and others are here as well.

You have, though. People usually don't remember their previous times here before having returned home. If you hadn't been here before, I wouldn't have known that it was you, or that Rory's your husband and that you say the Doctor with the bowtie is yours.

Or that you and River hate him wearing things like fezzes.

It might take a bit for them to see the message, but I'm sure they will. When they do, they'll want you to press the yellow button so that they know where you are.
