Hey Flist,

So, for one of my classes we need to select a Non-Profit Organization, and create a fund-raising event for it. I've tentatively selected Conjecture, and, playing on its strength as a local convention in San Diego, the event would be a concert with local filkers and musicians.

Steam Powered Giraffe, maybe? They're more Steampunk than SciFi, but there are not a lot out there to my knowledge. All the rest that I can think of are not from San Diego. :/

Of course! When thinking of any group I'd enjoy working with like this, Conjecture came to mind quickly. Out of curiosity, does Conjecture have a standard logo, and if so, may I be pointed to it for use with this project?

Conjecture's logo tends to change each year. For a logo, check with this year's chair, Sandi, at chair@conjecture.org
