Yesterday, there was rum. And conversation with Suzi, and rum, and being balanced, and mostly blissful haze from rum.
Today there has been hangover, and a mild recurrence of the fever that's plagued him since he got in. That was handled with aspirin and a very cold shower.
But overall, Deitmar didn't spend long in the bar at all. He left a note for Ryan telling him he was a bit out of sorts, and then he vanished back up the stairs, headed for his room.
