Twenty One; Another year!

 [Lucas got out of bed rather late this morning, feeling slightly groggy for some weird reason. Slowly went to shower, took a long nice hot shower and realized that he forgot his hat on his bed! Oh, well. He returned to his room shortly, seeing a package suddenly on his bed.

His eyes slowly moved to the pokemon calender on his wall and he gasps

Time is a strange thing, from an observer standpoint. I have studied it nearly my entire life and yet the seeming fluxuations are still present. Certainly it flows the same, as we are on but a single planet and thus there are no alterations as there are elsewhere in space. Yet the perceptions are certainly different. The difference exists within us.

...That said, this year has been very quick to me as well. 365 days, 24 hours a day...but they have passed by in a way that...

It really is! Um. Even if it is the same amount of time excluding leap years, it still seems like it goes slower or faster. I guess it's just because I feel like it's slow when I'm doing really boring stuff and it flies by when I'm doing fun stuff or something, yep!
