The other day I downloaded a MIDI file for Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata from mfiles. I just finished making my own little mix of it with Logic Studio. Nothing really special, just using with some of the piano instruments I prefer to play with at the moment. Not to mention its really ugly interface, but I got the account while downloading something else and figured I may as well use it since it was there.

As for the mix, it basically consisted of finding the right tempo and replacing the synth piano the MIDI loaded by default with my three favourite grand piano instruments in Logic. I find that when most people boost the volume and don't get what they want, they really want to boost the resonance and I can achieve that with multiple instances of the same instrument or similar ones.
