I've been printing off some of the christmas drawings that I posted earlier this month and using them to brighten up present tags and parcels- if you're out of ideas, you could also do this! Or you could cut them out and dangle them from the tree, maybe, it is up to you

i did not eat prawns for christmas!! but we have warm summer christmas here too, shopping for last-minute presents sucks, everything is so damn hot

at least we're not argentina, they have to wait until like january 5th for presents and they're not even brought by santa but by "the three kings", i mean how lame is that

This rake guy may be a bit harsh for xmas, and he may be a douchebag as you say (I dont know, I've never heard of him before), but he does have a point.
I've been working in animation for a few years now and more and more I have been seeing just how much Johm K's style, and the style's he has drawn from, work so very well. I've been getting into it lots lately, but mabe I've lost my own style in the process? I sent the image to a lot of people as a friendly seasonal greeting, a lot of them were animators too. I hope none of them felt like that!

Nevertheless, my xmas was otherwise great. I hope everyone's was too.

I would not take anything that guy says to heart! I think John K always said that he doesn't have a style, he just has an objective set of principles that inform the way he draws, or something

Yeah, I can't imagine what kind of person would leave comments like that on Christmas day.
I've mostly been influenced by retro cartoons, so it's hard not to get caught up in his take on them too.
