I know I should be absolutely furious with Doctor Leland for using me as leverage, but I don't think I can really blame her for it. It seems like she's had a difficult life, and she probably really does deserve a promotion. Of course I despise the way she went about attaining it, but the fact remains that she has actually been incredibly patient

I disagree that she deserves a pay equivalent to mine, but she was due for a raise.

I'd prefer not to discuss her at all. I've obtained building privileges as well as two hour pass in your name. In short, that means you'll be allowed to leave Arkham for a couple hours with a trusted member of the staff. I hope you don't mind that I offered and may have also set up reservations for tonight.
