hi! ^^ i've seen u around RK communities & i remember checking out ur LJ once & thinking u sounded cool (probably prompted by u saying something intelligent in a community; i'm not like some random LJ stalker chick lol). if i DO sound like a stalker, please forgive me - lol - but i wanted to ask u something. back in October (when i saw ur LJ) u posted about how u were upset that u couldnt go to KosaiKon, & that u'd been before. i was curious how it was, b/c i live in NJ & my little brother is president of his anime club this year & wants to plan a trip (not to mention i'd like to go myself lol). at first i was wary about KosaiKon b/c it was only one day & sounded kind of small, & he didn't want to bring his club if it was cheesy. you seemed satisfied with it though, so i was curious what they had there, what kind of an atmosphere it had, etc. the problem is the club isnt allowed to go too far, & he gets out of school maddddd early, like May something, so AnimeNEXT, while otherwise ideal, isn't during the school year (so they can't get ( ... )

It's small but they definately aren't a boring con. ^^ They have lots of anime showings, karaoke, gaming room (which is a bit hot but yeah XD), and a costume contest. Mostly it was more of a hangout with friends kinda thing like some cons can be, but they had enough events to keep ya entertained, too.

oh neat, thanks so much! :) i'll let him know. if i can get off work i might even check it out too...cuz AnimeNEXT is ALLLLL the way in June; sooo far away lol.

OoOoo Hi there! I just happened to come across your Lj through matching interests. I actually found out about your plushie website first, as I am completely obsessed over those darned things.
