Well a merry New Year to all.
2010 had alot of interesting events and many lessons for life learned and absorbed :)
So here we are 2011 with a little help from my closest ones and and a big dose of faith.
Lets bring 2012 :D

Saldy i crashed out about 6pm yesterday because of the 6am start on Xmas eve :P
But A very merry (if a touch late) Christmas to all and a happy new year of much drinking :D -
and now I am 28 :P

Morning all,
now in the sporadic updates of Tim I have something of interest to talk about.
1) Mead.
I found a recipe and now I've got 6 batches done of varying flavours. No idea how strong it is, but should be a laugh finding out. Pity it takes a month before tyou can drink it really ;P
