Found out what a Feed Reader does.
and discovered what are RSS feeds. Those little orange boxes with XML in them,
yeah..they are your RSS feeds.
Download FeedReader - http://www.feedreader.comand add the feeds

Enter this as the URL for the feed when prompted to:

www.livejournal.com/users/USERNAME/data/rss
and that blog is in the feed.
