[Kyo knows how that feels in a way, just reversed. His foster father got his soul sucked as well, and he's been alternating kicking halo bug ass and checking on him. He didn't think someone like Heather would fall prey to the Shedinja, though. He saw her feed earlier that day and she was fine, but he didn't watch the entire thing.]
..She'll wake up soon.

I'd say two, three weeks at most, though. Hopefully.
[He doesn't care too much about the other people he doesn't know who have had their souls taken, but there are people like Harry who have had their friends and family taken away from them... Considering that, they can only hope and fight.]
