i've already mentioned elsewhere that it was 'proxy' that brought me to livejournal. but i do believe it was shocolate who brought me to fic and then to harry/ron.

and it was the harry-ron friendship in shocolate's book 7 novella that actually got me first!

Harry/Ron felt absolutely perfect right from the start. I fell into fandom on the now defunct Cipher archive in early 2005, and Harry/Ron was definitely a rare pair there. Most everyone there set up on LJ a short time later, and that's where I found all the Best Mates shipmates and communities.
