The sea - book

I ordered the play script of the sea and it came through today. I have read most os it and what has become quite apparent is that Harry's character starts and finishes the play and actually has quite a lot of say. Not sure how this compares to the actual play as I haven't see it yet.

The original cast list is in the front and also the new one. ( Read more... )

Wow,Harry gets top casting. That's great and thanks for the scans.
How is he listed in the programme? Anyone bought a copy?

The programme also lists the cast in order of appearance like that so his name is first! *squee*

In the bit where it gives the actor profiles it's alphabetical so he's somewhere in the middle :)

I think that cast list might be in order of appearance...

Willy Carson is central to the plot, but I didn't think Harry had nearly enough lines in the play. I may be biased, of course. ;)

Seriously, though, he was in almost every scene, but didn't have a lot to say. They might have cut some lines from the play, though. Directors do that sometimes if they think it will improve the show.

I'm quite curious to read the play now, because I was left very confused at the end of it and I felt like there must be some hidden meaning that has completely passed me by, because I was too busy drooling over Harry. ;)
