Could someone tell me what the names after H.M.S are supposed to mean?

Like, why is Ron/Hermione called the 'good' ship?

Obviously, I'm new to participating in the online fandom part of HP, lol.

Sure um well I dont know why the R/Hr is the good ship but Pumpkin Pie is because of the scene in PoA where they are next to the Pumpkin Patch. Ant the others well I guess they are obvious. If not give me another holla'!

this is so funny -- I'd only heard two of those nicknames before (Pumpkin Pie & Good Ship.) They're cute :) "Leather and Libraries" is particularly fab because it conjures up... naughtiness.
