That was the whole idea, and I'm really glad that it worked! Maybe someday he'll get to find out it was Draco, after he's reached the point where it wouldn't change things.

OH MY GOD! This fic is so perfect on SO many levels!!! I want to squee all over it!

I am a HUGE fan of Auror!Harry-needs-outlet-to-relinquish-control like WHOA! Like serious WHOA! One of my favorite themes EVER!

Also, obviously, I'm a HUGE fan of top!Draco - but they way you wrote them both is so beautiful!

How Draco *knows* it's Harry and Harry is all "I'm totally anonymous and can really let my guard down" is wonderful - but THEN you have to go and throw in Draco *wanting* to have this with Harry for realz and *knowing* that Harry would freak the fuck out if he revealed himself!!!

AND THEN HE MAKES HARRY AGREE TO MEET HIM AGAIN!!!!

In my mind this is the first of beautiful/heart-jerking series that ultimately ends with both Harry and Draco accepting and welcoming their role in each other's lives. (please, please make my dream come true?)

TL;DR - I love this fic and have saved it in my 'memories' to re-read and swoon over.

I'm a huge fan of the Auror!Harry letting go theme myself; I've actually got a series that has two fics in it now, and a couple in my drafts folder about Harry and Draco in a long term relationship with HeadAuror!Harry as the submissive. As soon as I saw this prompt, I knew I had to have it.

Thank you again SO much, and I'm glad you loved it. I haven't decided yet if I'll revisit it or not, although it's not impossible. My to-write queue is just large at the moment. *sighs*
