It was nearing dusk when she finally arrived at the cemetery. She was dressed up in black - a sign of mourning on Earth. This wasn’t the kind of a reunion she had wanted with him. It wasn’t supposed to be like this, this wasn’t how those Earth films depicted endings. The films had happy endings, and she couldn’t find the happiness in this.
It had been a week since his death… the moment he stopped breathing. She took it hard; he had been so nice to her… She liked him.
Tears fell from her eyes as stared at the gravestone.
