I know which ones you are talking about. VERY GOOD location. Difficult if you aiming those top storeys. But very nice! And lots of families with girls will be aiming for there, because CHIJ is nearby.

Maybe got those that's at 13th floor or something....

I think all the hig floors are gone by now. THe 63 probably situated on the lower floors. But I think they are point blocks so shouldn't be too bad. But 270 K is a bit siong loh. Pay through the nose. Anyway all the best gal!!

According to the HDB website, they put S$225k - S$275K.
