It's the whole point of Halloween! You get to dress up as something else. Maybe something spooky, but it doesn't have to be. This place can be spooky enough on its own. We don't have to give it any more help.

It's fun, to put together a fancy costume and then dress up in it. Other people can admire it, too.

I'm not unfamiliar with the design of uniforms - however, those were strictly for function. These proposed outfits seem ludicrous to begin with, not admirable.
