There is nothing wrong with staying informed and prepared. The problem occurs when some assume that these warnings are of the inevitable, and take little action.
You're right, of course. Perhaps if a consistent task force could ensure everyone's safety to the best of their ability, there would be far less uneasiness spreading throughout the network.
