I finally figured out what's wrong with the icon after I downloaded the psd file. The first curve layer should be something around these
RGB: Input - 88, Output - 102
Red: Input - 208, Output - 107
Blue is correct.

After I fixed that, I finally got the exact color for the icon.

Do you mean on the base you selected or on the base which is used by me?
cause this base has the exact same numbers and everything that I've written as I've tried it out before posting the .psd file.

If you mean that base you selected then that might be try as you have to adjust somethings according to the image =)
