My dear friends.  When searching for Japanese CDs, where do you turn when Amazon wants $50 for one CD and eBay sellers fail you?  Is there somewhere else reliable where I can purchase such things, without having an extensive knowledge of the Japanese language?  I'm not looking for anything really obscure.  Specifically, I listened to two songs by ( Read more... )

You could also try ordering from FYE or Borders, but it's usually kind of spotty as to whether they actually have what you're looking for. I ordered Ultra Blue through Borders, and it wasn't *too* terribly expensive.

The site is in English, but the products are straight from Japan. Unfortunately, that means that shipping can be expensive, so it's better to get a several-disc order, or go in with other people.

Have you ever shopped at yesasia.com? Their prices are about the same as the CDJapan one, and they have free shipping. I think I've heard people talking about yesasia before but I don't remember if it was good or bad.

I was just about to recommend YesAsia! I've bought a lot of stuff from them, but mostly DVDs. I even got some imported from America (without the Customs Tax, yay!)
