went to dinner w/ the family last night. parents told me right before we left for the evening that they got the results for ricky's biposy. and it is bad. very. they have given him 1-3 years to live. whatever form of cancer he's got is very aggressive and they are unsure if they are still going to do surgery. there are a lot of risks. i may be ( Read more... )

he got a job back at auto zone. he is no longer a manager but will be making more than when he was one...? whatever. icky part is they're sending him to a crappy store on the west side apparently.

spencer is doing better. i had dr. lowry drain her (that sounds weird...) and she is breathing a lot better now. i didn't realize how bloated she'd been until they did that. she said they got like 100cc of fluid out of her chest-around her lungs and what not. something like 3 oz? thats a ton for such a small animal. and... she looks a lot smaller ( Read more... )

i just talked to dr. lowry... they did the x-rays and they found a lot of fluid in her lungs and around her lungs. she doesn't know what the underlying cause is yet but she said it could be something like heart failure or cancer. she said they can try to drain some of the fluid out to make her a little more comfortable and help her breathe a little ( Read more... )
