i know that your diet can have a huge effect on that time of the month. eating masses amounts of anything is never good. I recommend the Schwarbein Principle.
Schwarbein Principle... That's actually basically how I eat, in general. I've found though, that during the heated months of the year, working outdoors doing lots of heavy lifting and tons of walking/running, no matter how much protein I chug down I'm still in a lot of pain for long periods of time and I have zilch for energy at the end of the day. Something about fruit though...It's really been helping.
Yay, tent! I'll send her an email and see... Where are you guys camping again? What are your plans for getting out there? If you guys have a rental car with any space, I'd be happy to pitch in for gas.
