Aw fuck. This is what happens when I turn on the television and actually inform myself about what is going on with the world. This piece of shit is all over the Local News and why wouldn't it be? Papi also thinks Daniel is innocent. And I did find him convincing on Local TV one night when he said he didn't rape Nicole or anybody. And the fact that Nicole looks like she accepted bribery didn't make things less suspicious on her part now, does it? But there were two of them, the ones who are accused to have raped Nicole and I'm sure that it was just a clash of cultural practices in some way; I mean Filipinos are conservative even when they are loose and an American might interpret it as a means to carry on with the flirting. I mean, Nicole did confess that maybe Smith was just reading her feminine wiles and acting on them.

I just hate the fact Nicole wasted GABRIELA's time when she just wanted an easy way out.

IT's really hard to choose sides when you don't really know the whole story.

I'm just afraid about the possibility that more filipino women would trick the American society (or any other society) just so they can get different gains. That's just shallow. It would only severe the united bond between Philippines and America.

I personally fucking HATE the Macapagal-Bush ties...it's ludicrous and shameful. Thank god Obama is elected! I was afraid Bush will start sending Filipino troups to fight American war; with GMA's approval. SHIT!

As for what Nicole did, my only offense was she took advantage of GABRIELA who really fought for her dignity.

I agree with you all the way; Unlike Bush who treats us Filipinos like horse crap, President Obama is a very serene and clever man who treats every living person his friend. And Bush is just too scandalous to be president. his generation of presidency drove everyone nuts.

She didn't even bother to fight back. Instead, she relied on GABRIELA and wasted their efforts after she got her green card. What kind of person does that?

Bush is a republican. I am not. That's my only prerogative on the matter. I also greatly disliked his "No child left behind" policy. And after the documentary "Fahrenheit 9/11," pretty much everything related to him became despicable.

I have no idea what really motivated Nicole's actions but I'm just not pleased with the outcome of said actions.
