Um. The entire prompt was already in the header as lj-cut text - meaning it's not visible once you've clicked. I've added it a second time under the cut? Is that okay? (Having it visible twice looked sort of weird.)

But as you say, once you click on the cut tag you can no longer see the prompt, and if someone links to the fic, the cut tag text will never be visible to them.

So I caved and stayed up WAY TOO LATE. Whatever. ;P Worth it. The fic was funny! And cute! And I loved it! And I'm so happy that you liked the prompt! The story has me smiling. And I love how I didn't pick up on the disc thing at first and then during the phone call I was like, wait what?! I had picked up on the Danny/Gokey thing, but then it just all came together in such a nice way. I had an aha! moment. Great story! :D

Thrilled to hear you liked this - and that the Danny-Gokey thing didn't come as too much of a surprise (which it wasn't supposed to) but that the disc thing did just a little (which - well, I tweaked the scene where Kris talks about his demos and the one where Allison mentions the disc about a dozen times, because I didn't want it to be too obvious but I didn't want people to be all 'huh?' either).

Hope you'll be able to keep your eyes open at work tomorrow! ;)
