The other day I saw an article on a band called Avenged Sevenfold and I was thinking to myself, "wow, what a terrible name for a band."

Today as I was doing research for a paper, I came across a brief mention of an indiginous Australian metal/hip-hop band called NoKTuRNL.

NoKTuRNL.

Avenged Sevenfold is a metalcore band with a shred metal name. Sonata Arctica, Dragonforce, Nightwish, Helloween... Avenged Sevenfold.

They are much less metal now then they were when you might have heard them, which wasn't very as it is. I'm pretty sure you would dislike them like wiggedywhoa and not even call them metalcore anymore. Not that this comment is important.

"a7x" makes horrifically bad music. In my opinion, it's borderline nu-metal mixed with shit and urine.
