As a continuation of the Clear Out The Pantry project, I have about 1/3 bag shredded sweetened coconut to use so I went to SOAR for ideas. SOAR is a thoroughly comprehensive website but there are no recommendations or feedback, only recipes, which makes me leery. That said, the recipe below may be the answer. Anything citrus tends to go with coconut, so lemon or orange would work. I bet the orange goes great with the spice, though.

My guess is with the orange, use a veggie peeler and cut a wide long strip, then roll it up to form the rose. Have you ever seen tomato roses? Same idea.
