I DECIDE HEIMDALL NEEDS HIS OWN FIC -- that maybe i'll write someday and it's all about he sees all and kinda know the intricacies of how some work and live but he's bound by a duty and can't always help them as he wishes he can. -- AND A FRIENDSHIP WITH JANE. MAYBE DARCY who think he's super cool even though they've never met, probably will never meet but now she can like ~talk to him~. IDK HEIMDALL FEELINGS.

I like too? I'm still not sure where it came from but I really do think that Heimdall would grow to respect Jane as he watches over Midgard and with Thor asking about her all the time. And Jane, I think it helps her to know that someone out there is able to hear her and talk to Thor for her if need be (later I would feel that if there was any trouble on Midgard and Thor's away and Jane need to get in touch with him she just kinda a pass to call for Heimdall as need be. Though sometimes she's just saying hi to him because she's kinda fond of him too.)
