I love Jack, I just had to put in here - no way this could have felt complete without him.

To qualify: everyone - everyone! - is completely here. When you revealed Cam was on a bed, after that lovely scene on the Odyssey, I sat forward and breathed quicker.
The pace, the pace! Perfectly revealed at every point - the journey through the aftermath is the journey through that lifetime for Teal'c. The contrasts, the rollerblades - "the latest loss of pants" - the fitting into canon at the end - Jack's delayed entry - the miscarriage - the absolute tragedy/saving of Daniel and Vala, they who have lost love too many times and do it all over again, but forget, but get the chance back ( ... )

Oh, Cam. He was such a joy to write in this, even though I really only used him twice, thrice with the last one ;) But I loved writing those scene - to tell you the truth that was the toughest one to write b/c it took me quite a while to figure out how to properly connect Landry and Cam, future that will never be to present that is.
absolute tragedy/saving of Daniel and Vala, they who have lost love too many times and do it all over again, but forget, but get the chance back...
I think that above all else kills me every time. And yay for Jack, as always. Like I mentioned above *point to previous review* I couldn't not include Jack.
Honestly, I never thought how Teal'c could not miss them. I'm glad that you liked Teal'c in this, hell, I'm SO glad you liked this! It was hardest and easiest thing to write if that makes sense. And like I said in the email - it was all aeryn_b that took this to this level ;) *glomps back!*

I love how all the pieces slowly clicked back into place, and they they're all still a family- different from those fifty years in some ways, but the same in all the ways that really matter :)
Bravo!

And the flow and pacing out of each vignette is so great! With the added touches of the happenings in the present time, it really brings everything together so perfectly! I love it! And I really really hope that the To Be Continued is somewhere on your harddrive ^_~

Oh, I hate to say this, but that continuation is AoT. I don't think I could properly make up a coherent plot line for Tomin/AoT/Adria/Ori galaxy right now --- though I have a 'what if' fic in the works for what happens after the movie... ;)
