I'm sure Toby would have called him and he would have run a rap sheet almost immediately.

Actually, I may have only seen about five episodes of SVU in my life. Most of what I know about the show comes from the occasional recap here.

That being said, I am a sucker for Beecher/Stabler fic for some reason.

After the door closes, I see Toby going into full panic-mode. He calls Elliot, who lookings into Ivy, learns her history, and there’s a discussion when Holly gets home. One that turns into a “you’re never seeing her again” “yes I am” screaming match.
