Very nice description of the riot. It's sad Tim has to watch his dreams crumble around him- literally.

I tried to put myself in his shoes and imagine what it would be like to see something I worked hard for, something I really believed in, be destroyed piece-by-piece.

That's what I love (and find so frustrating) about him. He takes everything like a personal attack on his existence even when he's only a small factor in the whole thing.
