Hello. :) Since I am wearing out my Oz DVDs and can't get writing fic out of my head, I decided to formally jump into the fray. I've been writing for a long time but never for this fandom (unless you count one drabble for one of the Drabble Trees) and I've set myself what I think is a rather lofty goal: to write something for every prompt in this ( Read more... )

Where have you been hiding ( apart from the Drabble Tree )?

I' m sure our excellent administrator, Ozsaur, will tell you if the drabbles should be posted separately or like this.
For me, it's better separated, because that way I can save them under their individual titles, but that's just me.

I've been writing for years in the Queer as Folk fandom. Only watched Oz in 2005 when I rented the first season, squeed a lot, and then immediately went out and bought S2-S4 -- had to acquire the last two seasons by... er... alternate means until they finally came out on DVD. (To the best of my knowledge, the show only aired on a specialty cable channel in Canada, and I didn't have that channel.)

I like when they're posted separately too, because then I can give clearer feedback. As a group, I always wind up saying stuff like "Great batch!" and not being any kind of specific. Hehe.

Great batch! :)
I do particularly like the first one, especially in light of how they left each other before the funeral. ("I don't believe you.")

That's a lofty goal, indeed! I look forward to more results. Oh, and welcome to the fray! *g*

Thanks so much! I have always said that when writing for a new fandom you should never let anyone see your first, like, five stories because you're still finding the voices... and yet I never follow my own advice! So pleased that you found something to like here. :)
