It sat on Sister Pete’s desk for weeks before he’d gotten up the nerve to touch it. He figured she wouldn’t mind, not really. She’d see it when she sealed the envelope. This drabble broke my heart, in the best of ways. So rich in quiet longing and... yeah. Lovely.

Now, where can I find all the candid Leee polaroids of tongue-waggling, circle-forming friends?

First, thank you. No polaroids, however I think Anne (tobyfan on LJ) uses the pic as one of her icons. It says lee's peeps.

This was wonderful, Mav. And reading it with Rebecca's above, it almost flowed into that one. I sometimes obsess over the idea of each of them not having a photo of the other. So I like to see people get around that. And this:

He picked up a marker and wrote, “Back here or in heaven” across the bottom

Sigh... if only it had gone that way.
