First of all I chuckled at the title which made me think of that ad jingle although I can't remember for what product. I liked Chris' perception that the water on his clothes resembled drops of blood and his thoughts of Toby's shirt. ....it was the closest he'd ever be to him again. This final line was perfect.

I really think you are reading my mind. So many of your fics are right in tune with how I feel about the characters, and this drabble is no exception. Thankfully, you write it all down so much better than I ever could.

The last line brings a pang, as does this one "the one Toby'd been wearing that time in the laundry room, coming over to him all brave and nervous and ready..." Oh, *yes.*

Very nice, so bittersweet. I also like the line about the water looking like blood. It's a great, subtle reminder of what made up so much of their relationship, yet it's the love that dominates the scene.
