What a lovely block!

Traditional piecing confuses me fiercely! i'm so glad that there are designers like you and ofenjen and the many others who make beautiful paper pieced patterns that I have a chance of understanding!

That is a really lovely block. Well done on the directionals, that is absolutely impressive!

i was happy with the directionals. i even got lucky with the wood grain lines on the small boat and one of the clouds lined up
