Ok I hate getting into these chain things - yesterday it was the Homophobe thing. I won't be putting this into my LJ but I did wanna tell you how muscular you look! You obviously take care of the bod. But are you really doing 'roids, as your LJ icon would suggest?

I do try to run everynight and do some weight lifting here and there.
