It could have been accidental - she might have placed her hand out in order to brace the impact of the fall. Or she might have been aiming to grab something... other than the wallet...

Moving on.

Another beautiful GinRan log which was fun to read because of the things said and unsaid between them. I like how they both are like 'everything is perfectly fine and normal' while they simultaneously spin a whole novel of subtext.

I like how Rangiku tries to get a better grip on the man the boy from her past has become. I like how while Gin's really comfortable around her and enjoys being with her, he remains elusive.

YAY! Thank you, Ling. I'm so glad that you are continuing to enjoy them. This log was a lot of fun to write, especially the conversation over drinks and cigarette. It just felt very natural.

And, yes, LCP's Gin is great--he always seems to strike this tone of saying almost enough, but not quite, of being really there, but for how long? It's great fun.
