I love the note from Michael's tattoo over at TwoP. My sentiments exactly. And I know how easy it is to get hyper critical of your own work. I don't do that so much with PB fanfic, maybe because I just have fun with it, but my original work? Sometime I get paralyzed, thinking it's terrible and there's no point continuing.

I agree about your 5 chapter fic--put it aside for a while and come back to it. You worked too hard to just toss it!

And the fic you're trying to find sounds familiar to me too. I checked the Contraband page at TwoP, where I thought I had seen it, but no luck. Now it's going to bug me too!

Oh, and yes, I can only truly crush on one fandom at a time. I just get so sucked into it, I don't have time for more. That doesn't mean I don't watch and love other shows, but only one consumes me at a time. Healthy? I doubt it.

I'm sorry to hear about the fic. Maybe try getting back to it after some time and your opinion will change. Of course you feel terrible, after all you put a lot of work into it, and you wouldn't want to just delete it. Maybe a few minor changes will help you like it again?

As for voting and fandoms, gosh, I know, I'm working on my ballot. Have been ever since the nominations were posted. I try sticking to the categories I know best and reading as many fics in them as I can, but I know there's no way I'm gonna be able to read them all. And I'm a multi-fandom girl, I have around four at the moment that I actively keep up with (or try to) and let me tell you, it's hell, cause you always feel like you're giving neither of the fandoms your full attention *sigh*
