This was really great, everyone was so spot on, I love the little part about Eric calling Landry Lance but really knowing his name, awesome.

I really loved this. I haven't watched the television FNL, but I did see the movie and grew up in football town, and this felt really authentic to me. I really loved the incorporation of Jane and L.J., especially Jane. The guilt she feels towards the end was really poignant.

Very well done. :)

To hear you say it feels authentic means a lot.

Great idea, Hap! I love the positioning of Jane and LJ in Dillon, and Tami is PRINCIPAL? Seriously? I musta missed that, although perhaps it happens in Season 3? Wow. She'd be awesome. I LOVE Tami and Eric - LOVE them.

lol

From Jane's POV, I really like what you've written here:

Six months in and she hates herself for the lies she tells. For the life she’s left when there’s work to do.

The idea of the future of this crossover is great too. Linc could come to Dillion. He could have beers with Eric, there could be so many options.

Thanks hon.

Yup, in S3. I adore Tami and Eric. Forever and ever.

If I ever get an inkling to write a full length fleshed out version, Linc would definitely show up.

Thank you for the read and the comments.
