A bunch of stuff.

My heart goes out to the family, friends and fans of Heath Ledger.

I don't think my mother is talking to me at the moment.

The past few days I've had to remind myself to think happy thoughts about my job.

Jay leaves on 1/31. He won't be finished all that he has to do until July. I think he gets a week off at some point. We're flying down to FL on ( Read more... )

*waves* Bye Jay! Good luck! May the force be with you...and all that stuff. Have fun being a white boy at boot camp! ;-)

I'll keep you in my thoughts, Simone, it will hard without your honey for so long! Maybe you'll get a lot of fic writing done, yeah?

As for Gretchen thinking Sucre was playing her: I think what she was saying was that she thought he was playing her until she found out he sent all the money to Maricruz. But since the money was not going to fund the Linc/Sucre act, and she has something to hold over him, she wanted him to get her some good info and not screw around with her (which was a good assumption on her part, no?). So whether or not he and Linc faked the fight is of no importance to her now, she just wants him to bring her info or she'll kill Maricruz *@ 123 Don't Hurt Me Lane* which I found funny. My roommate, myself and like two other people like Gretchen. Everybody else hates her.

I hope. The muse has been kinda off lately.

Makes sense. I just feel like I missed something because her reaction didn't make sense to me. Then again, nothing she does really makes sense to me.

Good luck to Jay in all his adventures, and to you at home missing him! :)

I think the deal with Sucre was that Gretchen knew the fight was staged all along (or suspected that it was), and now that he sent the money to Maricruz she has something to hold over him. Or something.

I wasn't really impressed with the episode to be honest.

I agree with you about Linc/Sofia, the chemistry is not really there. Though I did think it was cute when he said "If he doesn't, I'll take you" from a I-would-like-Lincoln-to-say-that-to-me kinda perspective. *g*

Same here. It had a few bright spots but overall, I was like, "I've seen better."

I didn't even get that far because I was just like, "What?"

Plus, it seemed so contrived that as soon as the parents say something about their relationship, they are harassed.

AGREED. They did that whole Mac racism storyline, which I thought was very good, but then there's never been anything said about the interracial relationship, so it was very wtf?

- Tim/Herc/Jason: That whole scene, as brief as it was, was so good. I know the crank call was wrong but I was ROTF!

I love those boys being boys! I kind of liked the Tim/Herc bonding too. Kitsch is so gorgeous when he laughs/smiles and 75% he's too broody to crack a smile.

They should've let the storyline play out longer.

I know. When the guys bond, whoever it is, those are always some of the best moments of the show. And Taylor is absolutely gorgeous no matter what but like you said, when he smiles, it's that much better.
