Waiting till it's in the botton, not really noticeable is a good thing in the short run. But once you do that, you'd have to always let the water be still, so the black ink won't come back again full force, right?
I think I'd be a good thing for you to let it be for now, so then later, when you have a clearer mind to deal with the problem, you think about it better and see what you can do about it.
