I've been craving raw bloody meat and sweet things and rich wine all day, and came up with something that I really really want to make with raw bloody meat and sweet things and rich wine. Tell me if i'm crazy, or does this sound like the sexiest thing ever to put in your mouth

the first especially sounds amazing. and i definitely appreciate the attention to serving temperatures.
one time i had a salad at an afghan place that took me two hours to eat.. it was a tiny little thing, looked perfectly harmless-watercress, mint, leek, radish, ricotta, and yogurt sauce.. took all the decency i could muster to not jump my date right there. hum.
