apple crisp anyone??

Felt tempted to have something sweet. Plus, it's winter out, no apple cider but got out that apple crisp recipe Lynn game me a few years back. I cut out half of the ingredients. I sprinkled a bit of coconut and raisins on the top but didn't have anything comparative to apple jam. I have yet to taste it, it's still in the oven. The apples are firm

We had rather an extended fall in New England this year... now it's definitely winter, and none of us are quite prepared. :) But apple crisp is always warming.
