[ He's in the library - a semi-circle of books laid out around him, opened to various pages. Every few seconds, he's seen flipping through a few of them before moving to another. Each move is accompanied by a few murmurs of something or another in low, thoughtful Italian. As if he's trying to understand some of the things he's reading but can't ( Read more... )

[Wandering the library herself, picking up various books here and there on History, mythology and the region of the American south, Hungary stops once she hears something- or someone talking. It doesn't sound like one of the many ghosts.

Rounding a corner of books, she's met with someone who just seems to of fallen to the ground in a thud.

Gasping in surprise, she nearly jumps back and almost reaches for her frying pan only to see that it's a person that doesn't look too much of a threat at the moment with his problem with the technology of the device.] G-Geez..you nearly gave me a heart attack.

[ Another flex of his hand at the sound of the gasp, as if to call the blade again. Instead, he straightens, tucking away the device to arch a brow at the woman. ]

Mi dispiace. [ He steps closer, smoothing down the front of his close as he does. ] That was not my intention.

[The Nation watches him for a moment before she recognizes such an accent.]

Ah, Italian? How wonderful. [Gives a happy clap of her hands together.] It's alright- with the ghosts here and what not, it's only natural to be just a little on edge.

[ He nods at that - confirming. ]

The ghosts here. They are not terrible, I suppose. I have met men who 'put me on edge' more than the ghosts here.

[Considering that this has happened to her before, she's not going to laugh. Well, out loud, that is.]

Ah, looks like the books are actually in a better mood than last.

And that device is actually quite straightforward.

[ He recognizes her instantly, nodding once to her in greeting.

And then he takes a moment to turn the device over in his hands. ]

Someone had explained it to me once, but it is still... unusual, to me.

[ He glances over at the clapping, straightening to level the other with a careful stare. There's a second when he considers attempting to answer the question before-- ]

Parla italiano?

[He stops clapping as those eyes fix onto him. K-Kind of intimidating, haha...

The man's Italian, however, is a pleasant welcome! He smiles a little, warmly.]

[ After a few seconds, Ezio returns the small smile. Though it's followed quickly by a low chuckle as he steps forward, offering his hand. ]

Una rarità qui, a quanto pare.

[ ooc "A rarity here, it would seem." ..in case you are, like me, too lazy to look up translations some times. :3b ]
