On friday instead of getting out of bed at 5 and heading off to work, I headed out to the airport and caught a plane interstate. Sydney was wet and muddy and yukky, so it was pleasant in itself to not be working. All the excitable and anticipationary vibes were filling up my brainmeats again: the adventure had begun

Woo hoo, that looked like mega fun times!

I'm going to vet nerd it up and tell you that the field of purple was a paddock of Patterson's Cure or Salvation Jane and it contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids that cause liver damage to sheep and farmers hate it! but it does make for a very pretty picture.
