Apparently I've been seeing a lot more blue screen work than I've even suspected. These guys are good.

Wow! That's amazing. But why is it called *Stargate* studios?

I found their website. No mention of why they called themselves Stargate.

I spent a lot of time there watching all the cool videos. I did notice that under the long list of "Clients & Credits" they have done some "series promotion" for Stargate. I wonder which ones.

I know when I'm seeing fantastic aliens, or space shots, etc., that it has to be special effects, but I had no idea that it had taken over so many street shots, beach shots, etc. Soon actors won't ever get out of the studio at all.

Me either!! One of the things I liked about the video was how it should you the elements that made up the completed shot. It was fascinating to see just how much had been built in instead of filmed on site. I'll have to go check more of their stuff. Glad you pointed to it.
