Vaati and I just got back from my first college visit, Beloit College.
And can I just say-IT RAWKED MY WORLD.
Everyone is so nice and relaxed, and the campus is lovely(and not so big that I'll get lost) It's also in a nice neighborhood, a few miles between here and Chicago. As dad put it, it like "a place full of me's."

Compact campuses are the best, in my experience -- particularly when you have two classes in a row and have to get from one to the other in a ten-minute interval. XD

My best advice about college selection is... pick the place that feels right. Vibes are really important. ^^ I mean, you're going to be stuck there, studying, working, socializing, whatever for the next four years; pick a place that'll make it worth it! :)
