Argghhh I am struggling. Just need to vent. I don't know if its quintens teeth or tummy or what, but he has been screaming all day off and on and did the same thing last night til midnight. I have about 1500 pounds of clean laundry to put away, and about that much to wash. My house looks like Christmas threw up here, I am still sick and coughing ( Read more... )

Im very sorry I missed this post... however I knew because of your help when Caroline was sick (Thanks by the way...) maybe we can plan a weekend and I can come help you... it sucks to get behind and is even harder to get caught up.. I totally know that feeling... I am so behind because I washed every last piece of bedding after we had influenza.. and now I have to try to catch up on laundry.... ish.. hang in there mama!

Glad C never got to that point. So scary. And so far the rest of you have eluded the sickness?

I think Mike might have started with a touch of it... he had the fever, aches, etc... and now has a cough... but you know how colds go with men... wont go to the dr... wont take anything... whine... etc ;) And so far fingers crossed I didnt get it. I really attribute it to sleeping a lot with her, cleaning really good, freezing out our pillows and opening windows...

I did not see this either and I don't know how I missed it because I read my FL every day!

I am so sorry you had to go through that, I can't imagine anything more scary than calling 911 for my kid. I'm so glad he is okay!

Thanks. It was the scariest thing I have ever been through, and the longest 34 mile drive of my life. It took forever before he would actually talk. I guess those seizures are hard on their brains. But seeing him blue with eyes rolled back in his head, then start convulsing!? Never again. Thinking about it now makes me relive it all again and I just kept praying he would be ok. :(

My heavens - that sounds atrocious. So I don't get on LJ and I don't really do facebook either. I am horrible at keeping in touch anymore. I feel the same way about not getting anything done. Dean is going through a growth spurt and I literally get maybe 30 minutes a day where I am not tending to one of his needs. It is exhausting. However this too shall pass and then suddenly my little baby will be grown up like my big baby and i will wonder where did the time go. So I always try to keep it in the back of my head to enjoy the time while it is here.
Hugs and hope all is better now :)
